Eliceo Lara

Eliceo Lara is a baker from Mexico City who has been teaching travelers how to make Mexican sweet bread, known as pan dulce, in his home kitchen through his popular Airbnb Experience. Like many folks these days, he's moved classes online and is continuing to share his love and vast knowledge of Mexican pastries with a wider audience. We talk about my favorite pan dulce, the concha, how he got into baking and the changing landscape of food in Mexico.
